AOL just opened up this week's poll and McCain is starting off to a CRUSHING lead!
Of course, it's only an on-line poll. BUT... You have to have an account or make one, so you can't just jump on and vote like crazy! For AOL, this is BEYOND good!

I'll bet it's news to a LOT of people!
This week on Wednesday when the local OK poll came out that is very accurate, it has the same margin of victory for McCain that the AOL poll had from OK voters.
Not this year for Weekly Reader. A lot of schools in the inner city who NEVER participated in the past were part of the poll this year.
Carrying Washington, DC, huh!
It looks like they're going to be WRONG this time! They were sucked into the smooth-talkin' BS artist.
I wonder what will happen if/when McCain does win?
I am trying to envision the MSM coverage and the democratic scandal screams.
I relished the outcry 4 years ago. I may have to take some time off work to enjoy it if it happens again.
AOL customer base is heavily left-leaning. This is really, really bad news for Obama.
I may be a little - a lot!!! - paranoid but you have to have an AOL account, give your email address AND password to vote - is this cricket? I just don’t trust AOL or any of those guys so may be TMI? Think about it...or not...
Sorry, I was thinking about the scholastic poll.
Looks like Vermont was the lone Obama state when this post went up. Hey Vermonters!! Vote!! It’s close!!!
How reliable is a poll that requires you to register? It should probably be tagged as an AOL/ACORN Straw Poll.
This belongs in chat.
If it is, they must be FREAKIN' OUT at about this time! They'd better wash the results and make their own results.
Other than rampant election fraud, I don’t see how it can be that close when at least half the democratic base is shaking with rage at what obama did to hillary
Do you know when it will be out?
I have done this poll everytime they have reset it. Once I saw it was over 400,000 total votes and McCain had a lead of more than 60% overall.
Dial-up ping
Google is my friend...Oct 29th.
When will they release that one?
Their customer base also excludes most of Obama's younger voters. I think the age demographic will be a bigger factor than race, come election day.
