Rush Limbaugh just said “Brunner went to the Supreme Court and said ‘Let my people cheat!’since these were already determined to be fraudulent registrations.”
I will keep making my calls to get out the vote until my brain is fried and my hand drops off!
I could have told you that was going to happen.
The Supreme Court was severely beat up by the mainstream media in 2000 for enforcing the law in Florida.
The New Jersey case was clearly a violation of New Jersey law. They refused to get involved.
Now this.
We will just have to wait and see how it plays out.
Back when the Republicans could have done something about voter fraud they refused.

Instead, they said they were granting Brunner's request because it appears that the law does not allow private entities, like the Ohio GOP, to file suit to enforce the provision of the law at issue.
Thanks for some sanity. Do we know the count from the SOTUS? I’m interested in Roberts and Alito.
That was my reaction as well. The lower court had ordered her to install a computer system by today to help local election officials. Brunner probably argued that this was physically impossible. The SCOTUS probably said, in effect, "fine, but sequester those ballots and treat them as merely provisional until you validate that the registrations were valid." I guess we will know more soon.
