Read this…
1. The Secretary of State of Ohio Jennifer Brunner filed a request in the Supreme Court relating to the underlying claim in her state that there has been voter registration fraud…with ties to the work of ACORN in registering voters.
2. A group — the Service Employees International Union [SEIU] — filed an amicus brief in the United States Supreme Court asking the Supreme Court to rule with the Secretary of State of Ohio (and essentially asking for a ruling that would be favorable to ACORN in that it would “call off the dogs.”)
3. I thought it curious that SEIU would file an amicus brief for Brunner and did some quick research …and now I need more indepth research (which is where YOU come in.) According to my quick research..the same person who started ACORN, started SIEU. His name is Wade Rathke. So then I wondered, who is Wade Rathke?
4. I did some really quick research and learned that Rathke was a member of the anti war group SDS. This is where YOU come in again. If you know 60’s history, you know that the Weather Underground was an offshoot of SDS. There was some disagreement in the late 60’s and members of the SDS - Bill Ayers and his wife - left and formed/ joined the Weather Underground.
So now I am wondering: do Rathke and Ayers know each other (from SDS / Weather Underground days)? what is the connection now, if any, between them? between ACORN and SEIU? between them and Senator Obama?

ooooooh, do you spose Rathke knows James Carville who is predicting riots if Barack Obama loses????? Is James Carville a silent partner in ACORN? Carville lives in New Orleans like Rathke does.

That publication was discussed on other threads in the past few days -- anyone remember?? I think it was to do with the socialist "New Party" stuff in the 1990s, and material that had been in "Social Policy" about the New Party had been quickly deep-sixed from their own website but was found in the Internet Archive/Wayback Machine??
Anyone remember? IIRC the pub "Social Policy" definitely did something nefarious to protect Obamba, trying to purge its own website of embarrasing material.....
I'll check out those "New Party" threads and do some searching.....

I was a DJ at my college radio station in '71 and '72. I distinctly remember having them on the list of PSA's on a regular basis.

There are zero degrees of separation between Wright, Obama, and three executed members of TUCC who's deaths are still unsolved. Has any reporter sought out Wright, Obama, other members of TUCC, or the Chicago Police Department to “help solve” these crimes with the one-year anniversary coming up just before the inauguration.
Anyone looking into these connections will trip over Larry Sinclair which has become the “third rail” of this campaign since there are direct factual ties to Delaware AG Beau Biden.
So, I guess this whole issue has been successfully eliminated from any sane or calm discourse of “Who Is Barry”?

Here’s an interesting tidbit from the article:
Two board members and Bertha Lewis, the organization’s interim chief organizer, or chief executive, met last week in New Orleans to hammer out a deal with the founder, Wade Rathke, according to board members who learned Tuesday of the talks. Mr. Rathke resigned as chief organizer after it became public this summer that his brother Dale had embezzled almost $1 million from the organization eight years ago.
Mr. Rathke retained control of Acorn International, however, and maintained its offices in buildings in New Orleans shared by Acorn and many of its 174 affiliates. Foundations that support Acorn financially, as well as many of the 51 voting members of its board, have been critical of that arrangement, saying it allows Mr. Rathke to retain his influence over the organization. The deal, as described by board members, would hand Mr. Rathke control of the Wal-Mart Alliance for Reform Now, or WARN, an Acorn affiliate that focuses on what it considers to be unfair labor practices and other issues at Wal-Mart, and a radio station in Texas that is one of five media companies affiliated with Acorn, according to board members critical of the negotiations.
Whatever anyone finds had best be cached immediately — this stuff will go down a rathole as fast as Lefty fingers can type once they figure out that links are being traced.

Well, I gotta tell you. I looked at it as infiltration and I still do. They came on to peaceful campuses and jazzed all the students up with propaganda and anti-war rhetoric.

I think McCain was smart to say that - all day long - all these "expert" pundits were saying that he had to hit Obama on Ayers. I'm sure Obama & his people worked all day long on perfecting his answer to this - probably at the expense of working on other answers. When McCain fluffed the Ayers thing off & went to work on other issues - I think it caught Obama off his performance. I'm sure McCain has commercials ready to roll that will hit him on this issue.
There are plenty of things I would like to print in the newspaper about Obama, but I can’t.
Without rock-solid proof, I can’t. Sure, there are lot of suspicious things, but I am not going to write an article about it.
It could be something for a blog on the paper’s website though.
