GALLUP's 'traditional' likely voter model shows Obama with a two-point advantage over McCain on Thursday, 49% to 47%, this is within poll's margin of error... Developing...
Uh-oh...the elites read Drudge. They can’t ignore it now.
I’ve never been a McCain fan. I however have supported McCain since he has been the nominee.
I’ve never thought McCain looked Presidential— last night he looked very Presidential, and I actually like him now.
Nothing shocking. It’s nearing time for the pollsters to very gently let the truth out that they had been hiding for so long, to still be able to claim credibility after the election.
Agreed. Look for the MSM to go after him like they went after Palin's daughter.
Using traditional methods= we do not want to look like idiots come election day so lets cover our bases.
A friend, who happens to be near genius, told me yesterday that the closer we get to election day, the closer the revealed poll results will be, because they do not want to lose revenue by being wrong the day after the election.
Of course they’ve been putting their thumbs on the scale all along!
Did you notice the stock market is suddenly taking a huge upturn.
There is no doubt in my mind that the stock market is inversely tied to Obama’s election chances. Obama goes up in the polls, the stock market goes down. Obama down, stock up.
Go to the link with those pics. Those crowds are the norm for Sarah...and that is not the mark of a campaign that is being blown out.
Thank Freeper keypro for those pictures from the VA rally. The MSM would never so such pics, but we have them because of an astute Freeper.
And of course Fox News just reported a 6 point Gallup lead for Obama. Somebody at Fox should check FR or Drudge Report now and then.
LOL. I think MSNBC couldn't have been more gloomier towards McCain than they were last night.
“Not really a shock.”
It’s a shock if Drudge tells us it is. I get tired of his breathless headlines that get you excited for a second until you look deeper and realize that it’s not nearly worth the hype.
Not a shock to freepers who have actually taken time to look at the weighting of the other polls. I still would like to see this ones weighting.
I was just getting all comfy here on the couch because come January " Barack will require me to work" " He will not allow me to return to my life as before" "He is going to require that I shed my cynicism"
Now I'm being told that he has topped out in poll numbers? That he may not actually be INSTALLED as POTUS after all?
Is the honeymoon over?
Yup.
Political junkies here plucked out that number, and that was that... Drudge has the power to get a conversation going...
You shouldn’t put too much stock in the polls until the day before the election. Some will want to be credible and some will still want to push their leftist lies.
Don’t expect to ever see McCain up the rest of this election in the polls even if it will be a landslide for McCain.
For sure. I was hoping that McCain would have had more “Reagan” moments in the debate last night. McCain should have had some variation of the “there you go again” line to refute the Child King everytime he lied. I did like the “Senator Government” line - for a split second I thought he slipped, then started laughing when I realized he didn’t. Go Johnny go!
Call me a prude, but I don't know what the hell a "nizzle" is. Can you enlighten me with out getting banned?
Nope, they just now said Gallup: O 49 M 43.
They’ll quote the correct poll, just not the correct figures apparently.
WTF!
Can you hear Obama after the elction saying “I can’t believe I lost because of Joe the Pumber”?
