Executive orders are only applicable to the executive branch. The administration of elections is the jurisdiction of the states. There is no way an executive order could be enforced on the states as to how they run their elections.
Another outrage for the AFIRE ping list
ping to the upside down world of American Justice.
(Snicker) Remember when Bush promised amnesty to illiterate natives invading our borders? He "believed" the illiterates would become so enamored with democracy that they would leave their corrupt ways behind and embrace America and all it stands for.
Karl Rove was dispatched to La Raza to assure the invaders, US laws would not be enforced so that the invaders could have a better life.
Course Bush still believes US soldiers will be hailed as liberators and that Iraquis will throw roses at their feet (this after 5 years, a trillion dollars, and all those young lives lost).
“Everything is really up-side-down when you can be prosecuted for UPHOLDING the LAW of the Land! This is just crazy, but only in the libs world”
You do understand this is Republican George Bush’s ‘justice’ department doing this?
Absolutely. How many more ways do we need to be told that our vote means nothing?
"The Roman Republic fell, not because of the ambition of Caesar or Augustus, but because it had already long ceased to be in any real sense a republic at all. When the sturdy Roman plebeian, who lived by his own labor, who voted without reward according to his own convictions, and who with his fellows formed in war the terrible Roman legion, had been changed into an idle creature who craved nothing in life save the gratification of a thirst for vapid excitement, who was fed by the state, and who directly or indirectly sold his vote to the highest bidder, then the end of the republic was at hand, and nothing could save it. The laws were the same as they had been, but the people behind the laws had changed, and so the laws counted for nothing." - Teddy Roosevelt
Welcome To The New World Order...
Is there any distinction between Bush and the libs anymore?
