A Kansas City lawyer and supporter of Barack Obama for president has filed suit in federal court, alleging that the Republican ticket has incited violence against the Democratic nominee.
In her suit against Sen. John McCain, Gov. Sarah Palin and campaign manager Rick Davis, Mary Kay Green said she has been injured by their campaign tactics and suffers terror of the heart, anxiety and grave fear for Obamas life.

HEY!!! Mary Kay Green! Not that I want to push you over the edge or anything but I heard a certain senator from West Virginia might be heading your way with a gallon of gasoline, a wooden cross, and some matches. Other than that you’ll be fine.
Wow. She must have missed the standing section during her Civil Procedure class.
....now that’s funny!
No one will get the joke and she will keep practicing law despite having filed a clearly frivolous lawsuit. She should be disbarred to put an end to this crap once and for all.
Aiiii! My eyes!
Absolutely incredible.
Here we have the 0bama campaign telling people to ‘get in their face.’
We have mass voter fraud being perpetrated on America and no one is really able to get it stopped before the election...and it ain’t McCainiacs doing it!
That’s strange. Just the thought of Obama in the Oval Office gives me anxiety and fear for the future of the country. Can I sue him for that?
Speaking of lawsuits, why is it taking so d@mn long for the judge to rule on the Berg vs Obama case???
Bet at some point, her point will be, “I wanted to make a “statement”.
It’s always about emotion and not reality with these loons.
I keep telling our side we need to do this crap to them. They won’t like it one bit and may deter future outbreaks of PDS.
You got that right. The liberal colleges have been pumping these idiots out by the millions with no place in the market for them. So they invent bullshi@, and in the meantime have distorted the justice system to almost being benign.
Well, if Obama gets in and we go socialist, such a system might work and not be incredibly unfair to the average person. As it is, if such a system were implemented insurance companies would immediately stop paying any claims and force you to sue them to recover. This will be true for homeowners, car, any type of insurance.
What about the small business that supplies some service to a local outlet of some conglomerate like Walmart? Say for instance you contract with them to re-stripe the parking lot for $10K. They say "you missed a spot" and refuse to pay. are you going to risk a $50K legal bill, or eat it? Just something to think about.
What a crock! Enough is enough. Who can take these liberal whiners seriously?
The plans that Obama and his campaign have for my country give me anxiety and fear. Can I sue?
