PITTSBURGH (AP) — U.S. Rep. John Murtha says his home base of western Pennsylvania is racist and that could reduce Barack Obama's victory margin in the state by 4 percentage points.
The 17-term Democratic congressman tells the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in a story posted Wednesday on its Web site that, as he put it: "There is no question that western Pennsylvania is a racist area."

I sure hope FOX News (at least!) picks up on this and makes sure a lot of Western PA voters hear how the Democrat “leaders” are marginalizing them through name-calling.

Fauxbama has the least support of ANY democratic candidate I have seen since Mondale in 1988. To believe he’s going to carry PA is comical folks.
Kerry who had the base solidly behind him and had the state machine working full tilt for him eeked out a 2.5% win.. 140k votes. Fauxbama has neither of these he’s going to lose PA folks and its not about his skin color, but that’s the spin that will be used.
When the polls which are laughably wrong are shown to be so on election day, the MSM will blame racism. They just will not accept that the sheeple will not just step in line and put an unqualified done nothing in the white house after they have decided he should be there.

I presume you mean Murtha's "racist" comment? If so, excellent!! Although it ultimately did not cost them much, this could be the equivalent of John Kerry's "Stuck in Iraq" comment. And in a much closer race, this could have a significant impact.
