Still, Obama probably is a citizen of Indonesia and not of the US. It may look like quibbling, but rules are rules, and if he’s not a US citizen, even by oversight, he can’t be president.
The judge needs to demand the documents and give Obama 2 days to provide them or rule in favor of Berg. This isn't rocket science. Berg has standing to bring this law suit and that is the only issue that he has to decide.

OK. We don’t know if this is real or not.
API appears to be real. I read the article on Jerome Corsi, and the reader comments strike me as being realistic.
Several obvious points:
1) The article puts large blocks in direct quotation marks. Normally, this would indicate that these are Michelle Obama’s actual words during this phone call, not a summary or a paraphrase or a recollection of what she said. Perhaps API could be asked if it is direct quotation or paraphrase—although that, too, would have to be investigated further.
2) In any case, if these quotations are accurate and represent what the caller said, then that would strongly suggest that the call was recorded and transcribed.
3) What the alleged Michelle Obama is quoted as saying sounds only too probable. It sounds to me exactly the sort of thing she would say, from what we know of her and her position on racial matters.
4) One possibility that has to be considered is that someone called them pretending to be Michelle Obama, but it was an imposter or a political agent of some kind.
5) IF they have a recording of this call, I sure hope someone can get it from them and analyze it.
There are too many possibilities here to be certain, but this story is certainly worth investigating, if someone can get into the offices of this outfit without being killed by Odinga or the like.

I'm not sure if this applies when only one parent is a citizen, but it might.
The only way Obama would be ineligible to run for president would be if his mother renounced her citizenship. I don't think she did. And even so, I think it's pretty clear that he was born in Hawaii.
If this "API" story is to be believed than I think the real issue is not about Obama's birth certificate or his eligibility to be president. I think she's worried about anyone digging too deeply in the whole Odinga mess. Obama might have violated the Logan Act by campaigning for Odiga.
But, again, do we know that this is a credible source?
Okay, you just moved the discussion to the front cabin seat Mrs. Barack/Berry Hussein Obama/Soetoro/Dunham. We DEMAND the documentation. ALL of it. Birth Certificates, Medical Records, college records, passports, adoption records, etc. Just what is the mystery man and what is he been hiding.
Dealt with before. His mother would have had to have been a citizen for 5 years past her 14th birthday. She was 18 when she had him.
Well if he was adopted by Soetoro, then he is an Indonesian citizen. He attended school in Indonesia and he would have had to have been an Indonesian citizen to attend school. They didn’t allow aliens to attend their schools. Maybe that is why Sotoero adopted him.

It may be a hoax- it may be for real. Here’s the problem though- IF it’s a hoax- the Obamas can (not sure if they would) sue and can cause all kinds of trouble for these folks. It’s hard to believe they would publish this without knowing what the repercussions would be.
