NEW YORK In a lenghty account of a Sarah Palin rally in Scranton, Pa. today, the local paper, the Times-Tribune, relates that at 1:25 p.m. just before she arrived, a candidate for Congress stepped on stage: "Chris Hackett addressed the increasingly feisty crowd as they await the arrival of Gov. Palin.
"Each time the Republican candidate for the seat in the 10th Congressional District mentioned Barack Obama the crowd booed loudly.
"One man screamed "kill him!'"

re:I`m beginning to think these people are actually liberals trying to stir things up.)))
Of course they are. And should be addressed with a brief snappy comeback.

I went to a Bush Rally in NH in ‘04. One guy was there that kept shouting things like that to President Bush. EVERYONE there yelled 4 more years and drowned him out. SS escorted him out. and that is exactly what should happen to these people. But then again, if it did, the media would not report this.

Or course they are... Palin and McCain should wise up already.. Call them out... Tell the crowd that the idiot’s not one of us, that he’s working for the other side... Becuase he IS, whether a plant or not
To: nhwingut
I heard that this has been confirmed as a plant.I think we should have some plants of our own. Telling the truth doesn't seem to work anymore. We need to fight fire with fire.

I saw the people wearing the Sarah Palin is a explitive t-shirt. why isnt that making the news? Based on a commercial I saw during Cavuto; it looks like O'Reilly will be addressing that very issue tonight.

“Others have directly suggested Mr. Obama is a Muslim, which he is not, or a traitor.”
Kinda reads like the Second Amendment, doesn’t it?
So, using liberal ‘logic’, he’s not a muslim, but is a traitor?
Ok...I’ll go with that...
Next!

“another cry”
the original was a bogus report.
And yes, there is some suspicion of “astroturf roots” democrats disrupting the Republicans’ campaign appearances.

No heard it from a caller, and not sure whose show. The caller had said that on the way in she was talking about AARP and the ACLU. Was not bright enough to cover all her liberal views.
Could have been any show, but I don't think Rush or Sean. I have listened to many in the last couple weeks.

I've been to two Palin rallies, one SW Pa and SE Oh and never met so many good-hearted people. These folks represent America at its finest. I was very proud to be a Conservative/Republican and be around so many like minded individuals. Sometimes its like we have to hide who we are because of the liberal influence in all areas of life. This stuff is complete crap.

At this point, if these things are really being said, then I have NO doubt that they are liberal plants. I don’t know one single conservative, ESPECIALLY the type of conservative attracted to Palin, who would dream of saying such.

ACORN operative switching tactics? They figure that they're going to jail anyway - they might as well make stupid threats. Really, if somebody is really shouting this, how could this be considered as a fault of Palin or McCain? It is solely the statement of the individual making it, and they alone are wholly responsible.
