NEW YORK In a lenghty account of a Sarah Palin rally in Scranton, Pa. today, the local paper, the Times-Tribune, relates that at 1:25 p.m. just before she arrived, a candidate for Congress stepped on stage: "Chris Hackett addressed the increasingly feisty crowd as they await the arrival of Gov. Palin.
"Each time the Republican candidate for the seat in the 10th Congressional District mentioned Barack Obama the crowd booed loudly.
"One man screamed "kill him!'"

If they are screaming at a McCain or Palin rally, “kill him”....sounds to me like they are threatening either John McCain or Todd Palin’s life.
We need to call the S.S. offices with this info.

Isn't it amazing that in all of these alleged incidents, these reporters have never gotten anything on video or audio?

That’s OK. I should have pointed out the “...which he’s not” part that I thought was an unnecessary addition of opinion by the reporter.
I should also mention that this is the kind of crap that E & P loves to write about. It gets harder and harder to visit their site for publishing industry news, as I do, when you have to filter through the marxist political writing they revel in.
I agree with you. The proaborts are famous for sending unknown people to prolife gatherings to say something outrageous. They would say it by the cameras, and that is what would be covered.
There would be mysterious fires in libraries & other insignificant buildings (put out quickly)when prolifers were in the neighborhood-just so they could call in the police and accuse prolifers.
This is the same crowd, and it’s looking like the same MO.

This is total BS - my wife & I were @ the Palin Scranton rally today from start to finish - even got Sarah to sign an 8x10 photo of my house that I painted an 8ft X 50ft sign on the front for McCain/Palin - it is huge and beautiful and has peed-off every Obamahead in the neighborhood - if my wife would teach me to post photos I would put it up for all my fellow freepers 2 see - anyhow with regards to the ‘kill him’ comment - NEVER HAPPENED !!!! - I may be slightly over-the-hill but my hearing is perfect and we did not hear that yelled - Don’t forget that Scranton has been a bastion for lib/dems for 40 years and the press is down with those politics - I guarantee that the Times/Tribune will be coming out anyday now to support Hussein - THEY ARE LIARS !!!!!!

It usually is 'A man', right in front of a reporter. Out of a crowd of 20,000? These people walked in with the reporters/cameramen, I'm tellin' ya.

You could fill a 2 hour newscast with people saying terrible things about either candidate.
The outrage is when the media focuses on the venom from one side, ignoring equal or greater venom from the other.

Not guilty of what? The only thing he is guilty of is being in the right place at the right time, and thank God he was. Joe the plumber is a hero. He got Obama to tell the truth for once.
