Obama helps shield ACORN from Criminal Prosecution in the Economic Crisis

Not only did Senator Barack Obama’s presidential campaign pay more than U.S. $800,000 to a front of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform, Now, ACORN, currently under investigation in a dozen States for voter registration fraud and bribery schemes, for “get-out-the-vote-efforts”; Obama co-sponsored legislation called the “Helping Families Save their Homes in Bankruptcy Act of 2007”– that was supported by ACORN and protects them.

Notice now, another key reason why groups like ACORN support this legislation because it: “Prohibits the court from allowing a claim that is subject to any remedy for damages or rescission due to failure to comply with the Truth in Lending Act or any other state or federal consumer protection law.”

This bill absolves organizations of any guilt or culpability under TILA; perhaps the same organizations who intimidated and bullied banks into providing risky loans to unqualified borrowers like ACORN.

Obama, and Biden, have co-sponsored legislation that would help shield organizations like ACORN from criminal prosecution for engaging in just the sort of activities that have lead to the current economic crisis. It could shield such organizations against the Truth in Lending Act or any other state of federal consumer protection law.

Another state of federal consumer protection law?!! How's that for sticking it to the people? This way they protect themselves for their own involvement!

I list other co-sponsors in my post on this Obama co-cosponsored legislation shielding organizations like ACORN. This is just one more way Obama is in cohoots with ACORN and one more way in which the Democrats are making things worse.

The American MSM is so entangled in the Obama campaign that it can’t honestly report on any story that could reflect unfavorably on Obama, ACORN especially. If ACORN succeeds in helping get him elected with voter fraud, expect the MSM to bury every story it can and affirmatively shield Obama from any fallout. When the media goes in the tank for a candidate as the MSM has for Obama, the fortunes of both become inextricably bound together, the fate of one becomes the fate of both. The MSM will, out of absolute necessity, become the propaganda arm of an Obama presidency, lest in perish.

Great campaign ad right there for McCain. Add in the $800,000+ Obama gave to ACORN and it is devastating. If they can also show Obama also stitched up Hillary the same way - it will be golden.

Americans are generally very fair people who hate cheaters and frauds. This will infuriate Republicans and possibly Hillary Dems, Independents and leaners. They will hate Obama/ACORN and will be very wary of voting for him. The majority of Americans will not trust him.

People loved Dirty Harry movies because they were frustrated with criminals in the early 1970s. They want someone to pay and OBama is helping ACORN criminals.

Who is Vera Baker? Does she have ties to Tony Rezko?

There are questions to be asked and answered. Why did her web site disappear Sunday when the posters of Free republic outted her web site and the possibility of her being tied to a credit card money laundring factory for Obama in Martinique. Could this be tied to ACORN?

Was she Barack's love interest or just a Fundraiser bundler of soft money? Did this money go to ACORN? She has ties and history raising funds for Barack and for the Congressional Black Caucus.

Why did the DNC allow the campaign to move from DNC HQ in DC to Chicago where David Axlerod and his minions could hide and control the dirty games that possibly have taken place with illegal contributions for across the world like the $35,000 from the Edwan Brothers in Ga. No that’s not Georgia but Gaza Strip in the Middle East. But we all know that Barack is a friend of Israel and that the Brother’s got carried away in the moment of donating $35,000 to Obama.

I hope that somebody has the sense to check bank accounts, credit card records and transaction prior to the election find our where all the ACORN funds came from as this really reeks of money laundering. The FEC and FBI and Secret Service along with other Government agencies need to make this a top issue before the election.

Did some of this Laundered money go to ACORN. Can an audit of ACORN'S sources of funds be tracked to domestic and foreign bank accounts? We already know that Obama’s Campaign gave acorn more then $800,000 for voter registration. Wanna bet its bigger dollars (millions) from offshore accounts?





So yes this is a smoking gun! Does it involve Rezko ,Axlerod and Obama I bet it does. Does the Main Street Media pick it up! Probably not as we are just bloggers and speculators of what occurred and don’t have any power to do much about it unless we spread the word to our friends and fellow bloggers on the net. Penny Pritzker is Mr. Obama's National Finance Chairwoman.

Superior Bank, a part of the $15 billion, 1,500-company "Pritzker Family Business Unit" as testified under oath by Glen Miller, a key manager of the "FBU," was the biggest bank failure of the early 2000s, losing hundreds of millions of dollars.

 

Superior Bank failed because of the same problem that is bringing down all the banks now: subprime loans. Who got the bank into those loans? Obama's own finance chair, Penny Pritzker. Sworn deposition testimony puts Penny Pritzker not only on the board of the bank and its holding company, Coast, but personally leading the meeting to persuade regulators to let the bank into the subprime market.
