Former UT law student sues Obama Philip J. Berg, a former University of Toledo law student, is suing Sen. Barack Obama, asking questions about the Democratic Presidential nominee's citizenship. Berg doesn't believe he was born in the United States and if the Illinois senator is elected, it would cause a crisis within the U.S. Constitution. Obama's campaign contends he was born in Hawaii. I have a feeling the Fox national wants to get this ‘out there’ but out of hesitation has decided to ‘farm it out’ to one of their local affiliates to ‘plant the seed’ so to speak. Sorta like sending out a ‘trial balloon’ to see if it gets traction - or if the affiliate can actually come up with something more detailed.
Part of the "grass roots movement" of FreeRepublic is to get this kind of information out. . .it's not always seen by all - depending what you read - so the more the better.
Im sure someone could research this. If something is going to be done it needs to happen soon or he needs to produce the documents to end it.

I am speaking of course of the media testing the waters to see what kind of response they get.
If they get a negative response the Berg case gets memory holed like Saddam’s Mass graves, if they see a positive response, it will go nationwide. Toledo was chosen because it is a small market that may not have heard anything.

But, I'm happy to report that you're the first person to complain, and that many others have expressed a positive reaction. I really do believe that if enough people flood the media with links to these stories that they'll have to admit to them. Ann, Berg WAS a former Deputy AG from Pennsylvania.
He just (per this report) went to law school in Ohio (before moving to PA/becoming AG). I think that’s how/why the Toledo Fox station found the “link/connection” to report the story.
I did find Berg’s answer about why Hannity & Rush haven’t been touching this story interesting. (in the extended interview)
He theorized that they all are waiting until the last before the election to drop the bombshell.
Pretty much no matter what happens to this case I’m crossing fingers that this will be all over the airwaves later this month. 527’s ftw
I hope he’s right. It just seems like a wish and a dream right now.
When, God willing, Burg is seen with those Kenya papers in his hands, then I think it will get traction.
