U.S. Rep. Jean Schmidt (R-OH) victim in hit and run accident

Police are investigating after U.S. Rep. Jean Schmidt, R-Loveland, was hit by a car while jogging Wednesday morning.
Schmidt was running on Loveland-Miamiville Road near her Miami Twp. home at about 5:45 a.m. when she noticed a car coming toward her, said her spokesman, Bruce Pfaff.
As the car approached, she turned and jumped out of the way, but the car ultimately caught her on her right hip, and she was thrown a few feet off the road. The car, Pfaff said, didn't "really swerve at her, but it didn't veer away from her."

U.S. Rep. Jean Schmidt represents my district. You might remember she took on that dirtbag Murtha a few years back. Our local liberal rag the Cincinnati Enquirer called her office to check on her condition ... she was on her way to Afghanistan.
