Several things. It is alleged that Ed Hale, an avid Hillary supporter, has confirmed that he has in his possession a certified copy of a Kenyan birth certificate for Obama. This was reported by several posts I have read. Ed Hale's site and his radio station have been removed and it is stated that they were shut down for security reasons. Another posting I came across alleges that Phil Berg would neither confirm nor deny the report and that everything is being kept hushed for security reasons and that Phil Berg will not respond unitl he has had the opportunity to produce such in a hearing.
If the above is true, questions will swirl around the authenticity. I would presume it true, false birth documents will crop up as alleged proof Obama was born in Hawaii and alleged witnesses will be made avaialbe.
The law suit provides little by way of sound evidence except for the alleged dcoument from the Jakarta school. If that document is real, then other questions are raised as to whether Obama is a natural born citizen or a naturlaized citizen , the former making him elligible for Presidency, the latter would not. The arguments in the pleadings and in the last answer provided by Plaitiff Berg are very interesting in that they name a place for the birth. And, it is alleged the hospital name is known.
So there are actually two issues or avenue of attacks: 1. Obama was not born in the States and despite his mother being a citizen, she did not meet the rules for her child to be a citizen; and 2.) He lost natural born citizen status by virtue of the Indonesion citizenship, dual citizenship was not allowable due to the Hague convention rules and then there is no ability to become a natural born citizen thereafter, rather ownly a naturalized citizen.
Finally, Obama stated when applying for the Illinois bar that he never had any aliases. And he indicated publicly that he never was a muslim and never practiced such or studied such. If the Indonesion document is correct, then he lied on his bar application and he lied about his religion which would raise serious questions as to why. My gut is there is something here or Obama would have simply provided what was necessary. As an attorney, I cannot see any benefit from stonewalling, hiding behind legal maneuvering and why it is that he would not want to simply be transparent and end the controversy with the required documentation to prove thaht he meets the requirements to be President of the United States.

This Berg vs Obama/DNC filed complaint has been in the court for nearly 2 months now. Not a word from the drive-by news media OR any of our conservative radio talk show hosts. After viewing the video which Philip Berg entered on YouTube yesterday, his comments were that over 40 million people are aware of this scenario. I predict that nothing will happen in the court BEFORE the election. If/when the court does rule on this complaint, the issue will be delayed UNTIL Obama and his appointed judges (Supreme Court or even lower court Judges) will re-write the constitution to accommodate Obama.
can you expand on the comment about Corsi saying the BC issue will grow legs?
Dont remember where I heard it. It may have been last week when he was on the Hannity radio show. I’ll see what I can find.

To all concerned, there are many internet rumors going on about this case. If you do not see it on obamacrimes.com , then assume it is false. Phil Berg and his people will post it here, when they have something new to tell.
I have been on the phone since 12 am with Phil’s ast. and we are still on the phone trying to do damage control on the rumor about the birth certificate.
This is a legal issue that cannot be discussed and evidence will not be shown until presented to the judge in court. Anything that goes out about this gives that much more of an opportunity for the judge to sanction the case, dismiss it, or whatever due to problems with rumors, not facts.
Ed Hale has no contact with Phil Berg. Anything about this case that comes from Ed, the radio show, or his website is a lie. Do not send money to Ed on Phil’s behalf.

Well, the Federal Election Commission has the problem that people have been and are voting for Obama in the general already.

I understand that Sean Hannity has Corsi scheduled to come on Fox, Monday night. He has told Sean he will give him copies of a couple dozen documents that link Obama to the Odinga campaign in a very active advisory capacity.

Unless and until 270 properly chosen electors for President of the United States transmit votes naming Barack Hussein Obama as their choice to the seat of government of the United States, and said votes are opened in a Joint Session of Congress and recorded, nothing that concerns a court has taken place.
The choice of electors is an organic act of the People, it has nothing whatsoever to do with courts.

Have just glanced at discussions of this issue from time to time, but it does bring an obvious question to mind, or maybe not so obvious.
But, since natural born citizenship is required to run for president, is there/has there ever been, a requirement that when an individual files, or submits the necessary paperwork declaring themselves a candidate for president, is it required that proof of natural born citizenship be provided? The answer seems to be no.
