You would think that the US Courts would get this over with before the elections.

I wouldn't.

Unless and until 270 properly chosen electors for President of the United States transmit votes naming Barack Hussein Obama as their choice to the seat of government of the United States, and said votes are opened in a Joint Session of Congress and recorded, nothing that concerns a court has taken place.

The choice of electors is an organic act of the People, it has nothing whatsoever to do with courts.

If the COLB issue is true, then that may be what they are banking on. Once Obama is in office they will fight it out in the courts (they project), expecting the legal system to roll over for them.
