Several things. It is alleged that Ed Hale, an avid Hillary supporter, has confirmed that he has in his possession a certified copy of a Kenyan birth certificate for Obama. This was reported by several posts I have read. Ed Hale's site and his radio station have been removed and it is stated that they were shut down for security reasons. Another posting I came across alleges that Phil Berg would neither confirm nor deny the report and that everything is being kept hushed for security reasons and that Phil Berg will not respond unitl he has had the opportunity to produce such in a hearing.
If the above is true, questions will swirl around the authenticity. I would presume it true, false birth documents will crop up as alleged proof Obama was born in Hawaii and alleged witnesses will be made avaialbe.
The law suit provides little by way of sound evidence except for the alleged dcoument from the Jakarta school. If that document is real, then other questions are raised as to whether Obama is a natural born citizen or a naturlaized citizen , the former making him elligible for Presidency, the latter would not. The arguments in the pleadings and in the last answer provided by Plaitiff Berg are very interesting in that they name a place for the birth. And, it is alleged the hospital name is known.
So there are actually two issues or avenue of attacks: 1. Obama was not born in the States and despite his mother being a citizen, she did not meet the rules for her child to be a citizen; and 2.) He lost natural born citizen status by virtue of the Indonesion citizenship, dual citizenship was not allowable due to the Hague convention rules and then there is no ability to become a natural born citizen thereafter, rather ownly a naturalized citizen.
Finally, Obama stated when applying for the Illinois bar that he never had any aliases. And he indicated publicly that he never was a muslim and never practiced such or studied such. If the Indonesion document is correct, then he lied on his bar application and he lied about his religion which would raise serious questions as to why. My gut is there is something here or Obama would have simply provided what was necessary. As an attorney, I cannot see any benefit from stonewalling, hiding behind legal maneuvering and why it is that he would not want to simply be transparent and end the controversy with the required documentation to prove thaht he meets the requirements to be President of the United States.

The legal requirements for POTUS are insignificant to BHO, because his “truth” is that he is the best candidate and therefore it doesn’t matter what he does to achieve his goal.
I think you are on the right track. Barack will say, “That’s not the Barack Obama that I knew.” Then he’ll look puzzled and confused for a minute and say, “That’s what I said.”

If true the test to our Constitution is far preferable to BO stealing the office and then dismantling the Constitution with the help of the rest of the donks.
I think it is part conspiracy ( the Obama camp—a straight up power grab by any means) and part hysterical overreaction by the media to DO NOTHING to imperil a threshold event like the FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT.
The media appears feverish in their protection of Obama, it’s become a mental disorder of the liberal elite media in their desperation toward superior “self-actualization”....we, the great unwashed, are not so advanced, they must lead us, blah blah woof woof...
In fact, if you think about it, THAT must be at the center of all of this surrealism.
It’s blown our “reality maps” to smithereens...because there is NO WAY a white candidate would have remained so bullet-proof in the face of devastating information that washes over Obama with new revelations daily.

In virtually every second and third world country, it is a given that you need lots of grease before going into one of these countries to do business in a timely manner. If you insist on doing business through normal channels it makes doing business with our government look like the Starship Enterprise at warp 10.

It is questionable that MSM demanded paternity testing of Trig yet only alternative media is asking for obama to show his BC.
It should be easy for him to do it. IMHO I think that he is delaying doing so to try to make conservatives look stupid.

* He will not release his application to the state bar notes which raises questions on several issues including the use of drugs.
* Very little is available about his experience with the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, a foundation that spent $100 million with no discernable benefit for the schools and students that it was****tively designed to help.
It is therefore my strongest recommendation this candidate not be considered for any position within the corporation.

I'm not sure the GOP should say anything. This is a democrat led thing, maybe even a Clinton thing. At present there is no concrete evidence to the truth of the story. The truth may be on the way then the media will be forced to report it, kicking and screaming all the way,of course. The one constant truth is BHMO hasn't produced a certified certificate of birth.
