So you don’t think Alaska Statute 39.52.110 is a law? I’m curious...what do you think was the reason they didn’t go for the second half of AS 39.52.120(a)?

I spoke too soon. CNN’s headline has now been changed to read “Panel: Palin abused power, broke law in trooper case”

Reread it, the finding is an opinion ‘she abused her power’ but she didn’t break the law. It isn’t that the statue isn’t a law, they gave the opinion she abused her power, but the conclusion she didn’t break the law.

Did you read the report? She was exonerated by the final finding but yet they claim she abused her power. You can’t be within your rights as a Governor,as the reports says, and still be abusing your power. The whole hearing was a setup and a hatchet job,she broke no laws, she did no wrong. The dems however abused their power when they held this Kangaroo court.
