Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, another powerful Chicago-based political figure associated with the Rev. Jeremiah Wright and other long-time associates of Democratic Party presidential candidate Barack Obama, is leaving no doubt about what he thinks of the leader in the campaign for the White House.
He says when Obama talks "the Messiah is absolutely speaking."

Thanks Quix. It frustrates me to no end why I keep forgetting that VERY important point about convincing Israel! I very much appreciate the response. I’m working on increasing my understanding and knowledge of scripture, but I’m still a baby in that specific regard - despite my fervent belief, and love for Christ. (I know you know these things about me though! LOL).

I will add that it frustrates me to no end as well that despite my religious upbringing (parochial schools and all) my understanding and knowledge of the Bible itself is so sorely lacking! I know the gospels fairly well, and Psalms, and I love the Book of Proverbs. I’ve read through the entire Bible, don’t get me wrong, but I cannot pull passages from memory or cite them or anything like that. As I said though I’m working on that! :)

Now that is interesting, and something I’ve never heard before! Do you have any links that can explain that theory any further? I had always just assumed that the Koran was written by scribes of Mohammed and the entirety of the Koran was a perverted(no pun intended) version which added to the Torah (Old Testament), and the New Testament.
You should be deeply worried. The Transcript of what Farrakhan said is on the website of Nation of Islam's official newspaper. He proclaims Obama the messiah TWICE in one speech, the other time being:
“Would God allow Barack to be president of a country that has been so racist, so evil in its treatment of Hispanics, Native Americans, Blacks? Would God do something like that? Yeah. Of course he would. That’s to show you that the stone that the builders rejected has become the headstone of the corner. This is a sign to you. It’s the time of our rise. It’s the time that we should take our place. The future is all about you,” Min. Farrakhan said, offering a warning as well. “I ask that we pray for our brother. I’m not asking for votes. I’m asking a nation, the Nation of Islam and people of goodwill, pray for this young man and his family,” because a lot of impediments have been thrown in his path.The reference to "the stone the builders rejected" occurs several times in the Bible in reference to Christ:
Luke 20:17 But Jesus looked at them and said, "What then is this that is written: 'THE STONE WHICH THE BUILDERS REJECTED, THIS BECAME THE CHIEF CORNER stone'?Why would the head of Nation of Islam be referring to Christ? In Islam, there is a prophecy that Christ will return, but His return will signal the final war where Muslims rise up and conquer the rest of the world
These references coming from Farrakhan should be cause for grave concern. He is being very open that there WILL be trouble from the Muslims in November.
By invoking the Messiah, he is telling all Muslims who hear and understand to prepare for war.

• The economy totally collapses.

• Institute sharia law.

That’s because the country you and I know and love is quite different than some of our fellow countrymen. Abortion and homosexuality has become mainstream even supported in some Christian faiths. How long can we mock God and just go about our business? There are too many people in this country who want Obama and they could careless if he were the anti-Christ because they have no faith or do not know the difference between goodness and evil. God have mercy on us all
