Japan has rejected a North Korean proposal on nuclear verification, in a major blow to US efforts to reach a deal with Pyongyang towards removing nuclear weapons from the Korean peninsula.

Ping!
I don’t either, and I’ll go on the record. I am so damned tired of Bush Teeing up his reputation for folks to drive 250 yards down the fairway. We should all be of one mind on something this damned clear cut. Instead he makes Republicans look like they haven’t got a fricken clue.
North Korea has made one thing perfectly clear for the last fifteen years. IT IS A TERRORIST STATE!!!
Good, it looks like Prime Minister Aso might have a spine.
The same does not go for President Bush, lame duck in search of a quickie Norkie deal for legacy sake at any cost. He (AND Chris Hill AND Condi Rice) just plain sucks. I say that proudly as an American overseas, Bushbots be damned.
We have had enough of this Administration and the previous one in its patent naivete on North Korea.
Of anyone else, outside of South Koreans, Japanese and Japan knows North Korea the BEST.
Not the foolish, caving Bush.
yitbos
Bump.
Agreed.
