This is their most active “work time” normally...12 to 3 or 4 am..They love new projects.
;o)
We are all tuckered out..The Orkin Man came today..I spent 3 hours looking for the oldest kitten as I was instructed to place them in the garage..When I finally got her in the garage ..keeping her there while I opened the door to put Silky and the other kitten in .. was an adventure..The cats were all scared..at least one crawled up into my car engine(I opened the hood looking for the kittens as a final frustrated effort to find the kittens and get them back in the house when the guy finished..one jumped out)
I am learning 3 requires more planning and stealth than one in certain situations.

Oh my goodness.....logistics will be at the top of your list. 3 HOURS??? Do we have a cat carrier? Big enough to hold 3 kitties? Or 2, 1 for Silky and 1 for babies?

I could not find her..so placing her in a carrier would have solved nothing the first go round..It would have been good to have them in carriers..I have 3 that I did not think to use..They see a carrier and REALLY hide.
They go out in the garage all the time..but on their schedule..not mine. I will not be picking up two scared cats again at the same time..I survived unscathed..but barely..LOL
I am determined to find the oldest kitten’s hidey hole in the house..I looked under everything without luck..then she suddenly appeared.
My SIL said she was by far the hardest to catch to bring up here.

Been there done that. I never got a cat carrier out til I was ready and NEVER let the other cat see the first one or the carrier. Even then, it took everything I had to get one of them in. Good luck finding the hidey hole...important to know.

You were lucky to escape unscathed....picking up 2 at the same time. Yikes!
