The Temple Professor’s twisted code-word fantasy is just a harbinger of things to come under an Obama White House. Obama has already demonstrated his contempt for free speech by taking legal action agains independent groups producing commercials with factual information about his deep ties to his former employer/mentor Bill Ayers. Under an Obama White House/Supreme Court we can get used to this Professor being consulted about hammering out Federalized Speech Codes.
