About that "there is a hole or loop hole in the Hawaiian Statutes you can drive a truck through about the birth documentation," citing to Haw. Rev. Stat. §338-17.8

The only problem with this "loophole" is that it didn't exist when Barack was born. Note the last, bracketed information: "[L 1982, c 182, §1]"

This means that the law was passed in 1982, long after Barack was born.

This title is misleading. Given the explosive nature of the charge, it would be helpful if you would not post repetitive garbage like this without direct evidence supproting the claim.

Furthermore, the continual repostings of Berg's legal claim are also getting to be really annoying. We are quite up to date on the status of his case, and your editorial emmedations captioned by misleading titles are quite.unnecessary.
