Why isn’t McCain making this an issue? The only swing states that I can think of where this doesn’t favor McCain are Nevada, New Mexico and perhaps Colorado. It helps him in Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio.

This Miami Herald article title is very misleading. For this Florida constitutional amendment to pass it must have a minimum of 60% approval. Based on the internal polls I have reviewed, we current don’t have the necessary votes.
