The tricky thing is a lot of black and Latino (non-cuban) voters are strong D’s, but are traditional when it comes to marriage and abortion. This isn’t as helpful as we might hope.
They are trying to railroad this election. McCain is gaining in the polls and has been for the last 48 hours. This coincides with the Ayers gambit.
Hasn’t there been a ton of controversy over the wording of the ballot issue? In their usual cowardly fashion I thought the lefties were trying to employ murky language on the ballot and/or run a disinformation campaign (such as a no vote would actually FAVOR gay marriage).
Hopefully, this will get more Floridians out to the polls and they will do the right thing and vote for McCain-Palin. Barry can say that he’s against gay marriage but he is lying. He has said in the past that he’s for gay marriage.
Obama has been HAMMERING McCain here in Florida. I don’t watch much TV, but when I do, I am always seeing Obama adds. I’ve seen exactly ONE McCain add. Its at least 10:1. Not sure if there is a rope-a-dope strategery going on here, but its pretty disheartening.

This isn't like the presidency where you can vote for a "third" party or write in a name. The answers are either YES or NO. So is it 66% in support?
Rememebr, earlier this year, Florida passed a law that allowed some 700,000 felons to once again vote..you know that there is an ongoing effort to gwet them to cote for Obama..so it might mean an extra 100-200k votes for him...we just don’t know. Curiously, I haven’t seen ANYTHING about this in the MSM since..hmmm?
Or McCain support helps the ban.

nObama is not ahead in FL. Never had been, never will be. With the fractured jewish vote, the moderates not sold on nObama and the Cuban vote, FL will easily go to Trigs Mom and the old dude.
How about this: in the south Dayton suburbs, there is a merger of an upper middle class township on the ballot. The people IN the township are almost unanimously opposed---hundreds and hundreds of no signs. These are, IMHO, almost all McCain voters (the only "for" signs you see are on Obama houses). This could easily draw 400 additional voters out for McCain which by itself would neutralize ACORN here in Dayton!

Exactly. Florida has really never been in play in 2008 because of the demographics that are against Obama. Kerry lost Florida by 381,000 votes in 2004. Obama would not fair better than Kerry in Florida. Only the delusional media and their biased polls are making it in play.
