Phil J. Berg filed an amended complaint today in Berg v. Obama. The amended complaint adds the Pennsylvania Department of State, the Secretary of the Commonwealth Pedro A. Cortes (in his official capacity), the U. S. Sentate Committee on Rules and Administration, and Senator Diane Feinstein (in her official capacity as chairman) for their failure to exercise due diligence with respect to Barack Obama's contitutional qualifications to be elected and serve as President of The United States, and for his inclusion on the ballot in Pennsylvania as a candidate for President of the United States.
The amended complaint also bolsters the standing argument and adds additional relevent facts.
Essentially, the argument is this:
* Senator Obama could put this whole issue to rest by providing an official "vault copy" birth certificate. * Senator Obama has chosen not to do so. * The defendants (other than Obama) have a responsibility to protect the integrity of the electoral system by properly vetting the qualifications of candidates, which they have failed to perform. * Mr. Berg, other Americans, and our system of government are damaged by this failure. * Senator Obama, who has collected $425,000,000 in campaign contributions, has perpetrated a fraud.
Following are some of the factual statements made in the amended complaint (The complete complaint is attached below):
36. Obama is a representative of the Democratic People. However, Obama must meet the Qualifications specified for the United States Office of the President, which he must be a “natural born” citizen. Additionally, Obama must be at least a “naturalized” citizen to hold his Office of U.S. Senator for Illinois. Unfortunately, Obama is not a “natural born” citizen, nor is he a “naturalized” citizen. Just to name one of the problems, Obama lost U.S. citizenship when .. mother married Indonesian citizen..

I think we all have to be aware that even IF Obama is defeated in a little less than a month, these people are NOT going anywhere. Like the Islamo-fascist terrorists they KNOW how to “wait patiently” for the right time to strike... AND, when that does happen, and IF they are successful in their attempt to destroy the US we must realize something Bezmenov said at the end of his interview: “U.S. will have nowhere to defect TO!”

Senator Obama recently admitted to being a dual citizen of Kenya on his campaign website:
Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”

I don’t know about this notion that American could not go to Pakistan in the 80s. I am an American and I LIVED in Pakistan for aalmost 4 years in the 80s, as did my wife and kids. We lived in a house in a better neighborhood of Karachi, but one that was not in a secure compound. I drove myself around town, I did not have any kind of bodyguard or protective detail, and generally I did not feel any threat.
I also have lived in Indonesia for several years at a stretch, speak, read and write the language, and still own a house there where I spend a good deal of my leisure time. Based on my familiarity with Indonesian rules and practices, I am quite certain that there was an adoption or an assertion of paternity by Lolo Soetoro on behalf of young Barry, or Barry simply would not have been able to reside in Indonesia long term, or to go to school there. He would have needed a KTP or a KITAS, and these are not just handed out.
I am familiar with the visit to Indonesia of the individual you mention. I do not believe that one visit by such a person could successfully “deep-six” all documentation of interest. I am certain that it is still there waiting to be bought by someone ready with the right price.
When we see the actual, real, B.C., we’ll see “Indonesian” on it. :O)

Hey there! Do you have any further info. on that security clearance he was denied? I was under the impression that Presidential candidates did NOT have to apply for clearance (same with Congressmen by the way). When did he make that application, and for what purpose?
Now, I don’t know if you would know this or not, but it’s a question I have in light of your info. — if he was denied security clearance how is it that he is still receiving national security briefings?
Just think... and this is something I have thought about for a while now... Remember that “nuclear football”? If Obama couldn’t possibly pass the requisite security clearance checks that the MARINE CARRYING the football needs to pass, how is it that Obama can have access to the CODES, and the authority to give the ORDER to detonate? Talk about a law that needs to be passed in light of this election!
As citizens I think we need to DEMAND that all Presidents are able to PASS a top-secret security level clearance application, not to mention have to PROVE their citizenship on a national level - not “state by state” to get on the ballots.
Obama couldn’t even pass a LOW-level security clearance due to his admitted past cocaine use - ignoring all of his dubious associations with terrorists and criminals, not to mention his trip to Pakistan...
I believe you're right about his claiming Kenyan citizenship. I understand Kenya allows dual citizenship. As long as the other country allows for dual citizenship, I understand US citizenship is not precluded, but if the other country does not allow dual citizenship, as was apparently the case for Indonesia when Barry was accepted by Lolo Soetero as his son, US citizenship would be implicitly terminated.
Since there's apparently no record of Barry's doing anything to restore US citizenship, he'll have something to prove there, even to be a US citizen. If he traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport as an adult over 18, it would affirm that he knowingly, responsibly gave allegiance to his Indonesia citizenship. That would preclude any defense of having lost his US citizenship without his responsible, personal involvement, should he otherwise have claimed that what Lolo Soetero "did" to him was against his wishes.

Beg could put the whole issue to rest by providing evidence that Obama was not born in Hawaii.
The best way to do that is to prove Hawaii doesn't have a Hawaiian birth certificate for Obama, that's why he is in court.

First, Factcheck.org is HARDLY a reliable source as it is DIRECTLY connected to Obama through Annenburg.
Second - Politifact.com takes many of the “rumors” and asserts that they are the basis of the questioning on this subject. There are many who still have questions that have NOTHING to do with the place Obama was BORN, nor do these questions have ANYTHING to do with a “rumor” of having the name Mohammed!
This is an issue that people here at FR have been researching and getting to the bottom of for MONTHS now...
If there was “no basis” for Berg’s case, then why did the judge fail to rule in Obama’s behalf regarding the motion of dimissal?
I suggest that you do your own research (you could even read through the HUNDREDS of threads here at FR alone), and NOT rely on obviously biased sources (like FactCheck.org), and especially in regards to the second article — you may wish to read the entire case submitted by Berg. These things have NOTHING to do with what is addressed in that VERY short article you linked to.
