I don’t know the person who made the shortened version or the original. I just found a shorter version on YouTube for a FReeper who asked for one. If you feel strongly enough about it, you could go to the YouTube channel of the creator of the second video and complain about lack of credit.
Not only a lack of credit, the person who took that section out ‘accepts Paypal donations for his work’.
