Power advised Obama on foreign policy, having spent her career detailing genocides and international responses to them, including a Pulitzer Prize-winning book on the subject. Power had some interesting ideas about how to resolve one particular instance of what she sees as a genocide in this April 2002 interview at Berkeley with Harry Kreisler: ... He didn’t bounce her from his team over her views on Israel and … well, let’s recall how she described the pro-Israel lobby:

For those who may not catch the reference, Power means the Joooooos.
For one thing, Power wants to spend billions on bolstering Palestinian military strength, instead of spending it on helping the Israelis to defend themselves. Bear in mind that this interview takes place about seven months after 9/11, when people supposedly still knew how dangerous radical Islamist groups like Hamas and al-Qaeda were. Power wanted to send them money and stop funding Israeli efforts to fight them. Even more ridiculously, Power’s ultimate aim is to send a massive American or Western force into Israel to stop what Power apparently sees as an Israeli genocide against the Palestinians. She specifically states that the force has to be “massive”, not like a Srebrenica- or Bosnia-sized force. Why would it need to be so large? In order to neutralize the Israeli Defense Force, and protect the forces of Fatah and Hamas.

Exactly. Hitler capitalized on the economic crisis in 1938 to eliminate Jews. I have no doubt Obama will do exactly the same. His ultimate goal is to eliminate Jews, Whites, Asians to promote his black liberation gospel. Obama will eliminate Israel and American Jews first at the help of his natural allies: the radical muslisms in the middle east.

Mr. 0bama is the first presidential candidate to support the elimination of Israel. Of course he doesn’t actually say that, he calls it justice for the Palestinians.
And yet so many American Jews will vote for Obama.

Hitler capitalized on the economic crisis by largely solving it, or claiming to have done so. He discriminated against Jews, but did not actually begin the “final solution” until after the war had begun (1939). It is much harder for the public to oppose something the government does once the country is in a full-scale war, with all the tight security controls that that entails.
The full-scale Holocaust was put into operation when Germany started losing the war. That sounds strange at first, but it is an example of hitting the family dog when you cannot hit your boss. Hitler was frustrated at his defeats, and activated his full reserves of hatred as a response. The paradox is that he diverted resources for defense in order to kill Jews. There was nothing economic in the reasoning, and nothing rational from a military standpoint. It was hatred.
As Dennis Prager has suggested, the hatred of the Jews may stem from their historical connection with the religious idea of a god who sets and enforces moral standards. A world with such a god is an insuperable barrier to someone who wishes to remake the world according to his own individual will.
People who want to remake the world are as common as ever. I am often amazed at how innocent ( and even virtuous) people think it is to tell young people to go out and change the world. Change (never clearly defined) is a rallying cry of the Obama campaign.
When a ruler finds that his plans for change do not work, what will he do? He will turn against those who are blocking his way, whether by real opposition, or in his imagination.
Stalin punished people when his plans to raise wheat in the arctic of Siberia failed. He claimed that saboteurs were responsible, not his idiot policies.
Obama is on track to be the same. If he is not stopped in this election, eventually it will mean a new Civil War.
I think I finally get it. There is so much that is wrong with Obama, in his friends, policies, advisers, lies, on and on that the public's mind is overloaded and snaps under the weight of this information.
It is going to be some October.
