The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party – rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.
As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.
Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

That’s a reasonable explanation. And it gives a good political reason why Obama would want to withhold the information, try to make his enemies look petty and when the truth does come out, it comes in a manner that is most favorable to Obama. Your explanation also covers why the DNC would move in and give him cover.
I’ve always thought this was a bunch of nonsense, but why wouldn’t Obama just have a certified copy of his birth certificate reviewed by the judge?

The original poster was asking about a lawsuit asking the Court to decide which agency is charged with enforcement of election regulations. My ‘rat Congressional delegation won’t do it, and other “gov’t officials” may not have that important requirement of STANDING.
The RNC, however, is well-positioned and well-funded enough to investigate the troubling questions. The real question is whether or not they have the courage to do it.
They did NOT. YES this is a “Dan Rather” moment and it is one of the things that Berg points to in his suit. He has laid it all out for the judge. PRAY HARD.
Lord we ask that you would protect this judge and give him the courage to find in favor of the people. May Obama be FORCED to produce all of the documents that Philip Berg has requested. In Jesus name, Amen.
Ya know, FNC really needs to give a little bit of air time to this story.
It was pointed out in that you tube video that the father’s race would not have been listed as African in 1963. It would have said Negro. Anyone know about that?
It should, but I'd be pleasantly surprised if it did. Maybe Sean Hannity will discuss this case, but only on his radio show. The only way this gets on FNC, or any other TV network, is if Berg wins.
What if he has dual citizenship of America & Indonesia or Kenya or whatever? Can he still be American president?

Not so, according to the law (The Immigration & Nationality Act of 1952, as amended, to be exact).
Someone born overseas with one parent who is a US-citizen is, by law, himself a US citizen at birth IF AND ONLY IF the citizen-parent spent 10 years in the US over the age of 14. (That was later changed to 5 years in the US over the age of 14, but that change took effect decades after Obama was born, and does not help him).
IINM, Obama’s mother was 18 or 19 when he was born. Thus, if he was born outside the US (which includes US-territories, possessions, etc.), then he was not a citizen at birth, and thus, is not a “natural-born US citizen” per the requirements of the Constitution.
She was 18 when he was born.
