The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party – rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.
As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.
Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

His mother died in 1995? Maybe she had the long form birth certificate and her passport, but they were discarded by accident (it happens!). Is the hospital in Hawaii supposed to have a copy of the long form? Which hospital?

No... from a constitutional stand point, I am almost positive that the VP (Biden) would take over... good news is that after that revelation, there would be no way a Dem could win in 2012

If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.”
So that means that Biden would ACT as President “until a President shall have qualified.”
So does that mean that the Congress will then get to pick who shall ACT as a President, or pick a President, or pick a process by which a President is chosen?
I honestly don’t believe that the Constitution was designed to ever deal with a quagmire situation like that. It very specifically lays out the qualifications to run for office, and the writers of the Constitution very likely assumed that potential candidates would have the integrity to prove their eligibility and that this would be verified before the candidate could even begin campaigning.
The Founding Fathers must be spinning in their graves right now.
Legal “technicalities” just do not matter to the Democrats. “Bubba” Clinton’s lies and lawbreaking greased the slide for Nobama and all Democrats forever. The Constitution is a “living” document, don’t ya know? also known as “defining deviancy down”.

there is not a dimes difference between the parties anyway.
I would think the judge would make a ruling early next week, hopefully, with time being of the essence since voting has already began.
And since a “reasonable doubt” has been raised in the lawsuit that then it becomes imperative that Obama put up or shut-up and go home wherever to heck “home” is.

I agree the FEC is the logial ones to enforce that provision. If not, the U.S. Justice Dept or the FBI being next. I just want someone to do it.
I included NSA simply because they are charged with protecting the presidency and the CIA because they are charged with conducting intellegence on foreign operatives. And what's a more dangerous foreign operative than someone insinuating himself into American politics and running for president?

If the truth comes to light after the electoral college vote, it would be a case for the courts, but the 25th Amendment says that "The Vice President serves as President until the President qualifies". In this case, he would NEVER qualify and Biden would be President
Not necessarily the election, only his. My understanding is that since he would be disqualified from actually standing for, not just being elected to, the office, should this occur, his disqualification/removal would not fall under the incapacitated situation, Biden would not succeed but in fact, the person with the next most electoral votes, McCain, would be declared the winner of the office, since we do not have *do overs* in this country.
