The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party – rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.
As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.
Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

Too many posters keep saying that all Hussein has to do is produce an authentic birth certificate—this is not the case; even if it can be proved that Hussein was born in Hawaii, Berg’s lawsuit points to a myriad of other disqualifying issues of dual or later exclusive foreign citizenship/divided loyalties/perjury/etc.
I encourage all to read Berg’s actual complaint to understand the issues involved in the case.
The founders’ intention was that POTUS be possesssed of UNDIVIDED LOYALTY to the United States, hence the natural born citizenship aspect. But Hussein has demonstrated in all of his words, writings, actions, Logan Act violations, associations and collaborations with anti-American figures over the years, that he is anything BUT loyal to America.
Wait! AFRICAN is not a race, but a geographic description. (See description of the father.) That was in 1961, BEFORE the era of political correctness. Therefore, the birth certificate is invalid!
I’m actually kinda surprised that Union members aren’t taking an interest in the Obama/communist issue. My experience with unions is that they are good well meaning folks that think their membership helps fair play in the work place. This Obama clown is much beyond that. He really want the proletariat(sp?)and their children to bow down to him. That should be morally offensive in the max.
Obama himself said “I was born in Kenya and raised by a single mother” as part of his acceptance speech at the convention. I’m sure it’s on Youtube somewhere.

Perhaps proof of citizenship was shown when they served in the military?
Here is what he said from the transcript, referring to his father:
“Four years ago, I stood before you and told you my story — of the brief union between a young man from Kenya and a young woman from Kansas who weren’t well-off or well-known, but shared a belief that in America, their son could achieve whatever he put his mind to.”
That was one of the worst trevsties of justice ever, especially when it is an elected official. I wonder why he doesn’t want it known, it shouldn’t make any difference where he was born, his mother was a US citizen. Something fishy here.

That would take Republican officials with courage or Democrats or the press who have integrity. Seems to be in short supply these days.
It appears getting a copy of a real BC is not possible unless you are the actual person. BUT shouldn't a citizen have the right to ask the state of Hawaii if a baby was born in Hawaii to Stanley Ann Dunham (or various AKAs)? No one other than eligible state employees need to look at the BC to verify this. Would this work?
