The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party – rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.
As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.
Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

The Electoral College will not declare McCain President,I know, I never said they would.
The State, who pushes it onto the party heads in that state. The parties tell the state who is approved to go on the ballot.

Before anyone wants to lecture me about who is at the top of the ticket I'll just say that it's the quickest way for Sarah Palin to get to where she should be.
I'll take 4 or more years of McCain before I'll take Brownshirt truth squads, Jeromiah Wright, Bill Ayers, Michell Obama and other anti-americans in the Whitr House, fairness doctrine, new government spending, government health care, ACORN expansion, higher taxes, the list is endless.
Not from Hawaii you can’t. There are some real hoops to jump through. You have to be that person, in person, with proof or have a family member do it for you if you have all your ID stolen. ( I was born in Hawaii and had all my stuff stolen in a cross country move. So I know, I had to do it ) I now have a certified copy and it has a raised watermark and everything.
I believe the intent of that is if there is no clear winner in the Electoral College and Congress is deadlocked on deciding a winner. Assuming Obama wins the election, then a president would have been chosen by the electoral college. If Obama is then found ineligible then I think it would be treated the same as if he had died, and Biden would become President.
Or if Biden isn’t the VP at that point...we get Hildebeast.

I don’t think his lawsuit is asking the FEC to do it. I think Berg is asking the court to do it, since nobody else will or claims to be charged with it.
WorldNetDaily.com quoted Berg as saying “The real outrage is that there’s nothing in our system that provides that a candidate must provide that his qualifications are true and correct before he or she runs, and that safeguard should be put into our system by law,” Berg said.
Maybe what we need is for a legislator to introduce that law to congress as a backup to Berg.
The DNC is a defendant.
Why wouldn’t they participate in the case?
I don’t understand what the concern is about their role.

It makes sense since the guy who chose his as VP is essentially illegal himself. New candidate, new VP.
If it happened before the Electoral College voted, they could vote for someone else entirely. With how it's done now I believe, but am not certain, they could not vote for Biden as POTUS. Another candidate would have to be chosen much like happened when Horace Greeley died and his electors split votes among different candidates. It didn't matter since Greeley was the loser. This year, however, it could matter. We could end up with Hillary installed as President.
If it happened after they voted and before the inauguration, the House could decide who should be president but they are limited to only the top 3 electoral vote getters. With Obama disqualified, McCain would surely be president and likely stuck with Biden as his VP.
Aren’t birth records public knowledge?
Biden would be Acting President, with Obama being essentially a figurehead. Section 3 of the 20th Amendment makes this clear.

We are seeing a convergence of events that are being engineered by the media, the DNC, all the little actors - Soros, Pelosi,Reid, particularly Dean (notice he isn’t anywhere to be found), Immanual, -—— Oh Hell, lets just say the vast left wing conspirisy.
