President Bush,
You, sir, are a traitor and should immediately have impeachment proceedings initiated for the act of Treason against the United States of America.

Bush signed the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 before leaving Washington for the weekend. And the voters be damned...

Can anyone get a list of firms and banks who will be the beneficiaries of this bailout? I've been searching but can't find one.
I'd like to compare a list of those who will be receiving bailout funds to those members of Congress who voted "Yea." Specifically, I'd like to see if any of them have any financial stake in the institutions being bailed out.

Bush has trampled on the Constitution. Yes and after today Washington will feel they will no longer be bound by the Constitution and its provisions to keep our nation free. If some people don't believe this then all I can say is go hide and watch. We are in unchartered waters now.

Since the House passed this thing, the Dow has dropped more than 300 points. The recovery plan is working great so far.
Gasoline is down about 4 cents a gallon today as well. About $3.139 around here.
