I thought Bawney was gonna cry when BOR said that.
To: Defiant
Barney Frank looks calm and rational, he defends himself quite well.Just an observation, but anyone who can prance around as a fag is probably used to not caring what people think of him. Bawwney is so devoid of a conscious that nothing would work to get him to accept responsibility for this mess...

What an act, the start of the outrage looked like it was cued by a script. O’Reilly is as dishonest as they come.

O’Reilly has his moments and this one will go down as a classic.

Bill got steamed up. Maybe some like that, some don't. But I was glad...because the point was not so much what Bill said, but it let those dirty-dawg donkeys know that we Americans are watching. And we are not stupid. And we are angry because the Democrats for years have denied this problem... and didn't do anything about it, even when it was discussed years ago. They just left it alone, thousands have been hurt - but they (Dodd, Obama, Frank, et al) have walked away with lined pockets full of money from Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. Now the Democrats won't be able to hide anymore and Pelosi better find a new line because she can't blame the Republicans for this mess.
They might not come on BOR, but they know...the cat is outta the bag for sure. They know that FOX and BOR have enormous ratings, this was seen in thousands and thousands of households. And Barney Frank just looked like a dumb old drunken fool at the bar arguing that the sky is green.

Absolutely. I applauded him while he was doing it.
To: Reagan Man
With all Barney’s money, one would think that he could have
surgery and have ................ the “stretch” marks at
the corners of his mouth repaired and their “root” cause
determined.
To: GunnyB
I agree with that, the man has no shame. It’s why he could stay in office after his house was used as a gay brothel, it’s why he can deny culpability in the mortgage mess. What’s sadder is that people from Massachussetts keep electing him.

He said they were not good investments at that time (when the statement was made) but that going forward they were solid and that the dims were making changes that would ensure better days. Read the transcript on Fox.
