Gotta love some of these excerpts!
-Charges of elitism "are not entirely unfair" and he is "maybe aloof, insensitive" at times"
-Sir Nigel had worked hard to dampen down what he viewed as "Obamamania" within Downing Street
-"Obama's politics and policies are still evolving," Sir Nigel wrote.
And the knife twist... -He was lucky that Hillary Clinton had such a bad organisation in the primary campaign, and took so long to respond to Obama's threat."

This may indicate that Downing Street is not all that excited about Obama.
How else would this leak out? I think this was designed to hurt Barry.

Please was there any doubt that Obama’s Socialist Marxist mind insists that Allies be punished and Enemies be rewarded. Obama Presidency will mean the ultimate Failure of Europe....Dangerous, it is existential.

"Although he has been a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee for four years, and a regular attender of meetings in his first two, there is little Obama track record to refer back to."
There was a reason he ran for President so soon after being elected to the Senate. The longer the record of his liberal votes, the less chance he would have of becoming a candidate.

Two reasons come to mind for the Obamaloon’s “aloofness”:
1) He actually thinks that he is an intellectual. Since he most obviously is not, this makes him a fool.
2) He knows he’s a fool, and keeps his mouth shut to hide this fact. Again, he’s a fool.
3) There is no “there” there. Again, a fool.
Hmmm, three out of three. The Obamaloon is a fool. But an experienced one, according to bottom of the SAT barrel journalists.

He also identifies several political vulnerabilities that Sen McCain will seek to exploit in the last month of his campaign against the Illinois senator. The leaked letter will provide him with welcome ammunition. The news article doesn't mention what these are.
