the GOLD! LOL!

We’ve driven through there on our way to Missouri, but have
never stopped. I think maybe we should next time! :D

When I was a youngster I remember a ride in the family ‘wagon through this fort. As we rode through the wide expanses of manicured lawns and tree lined drives intermingled with massive stone buildings I remember being disappointed. I looked and and looked and never did see the Boonesborough style fort of my imagination. But it was a good trip.

~ Today....Some sunshine with a thunderstorm or two possible this afternoon. High 76F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

~Tonight....Showers and scattered thunderstorms. Low 59F. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60%.

This is a hello/goodbye post. I'll be going into the lurker mode immediately after posting this. Today and tomorrow are the crazy days. Plus, it seems like FR is having a very slow day as well.

Time for me to make my rounds. But, you stay right where you are. Don't touch that dial. Don't change that channel. Put down that remote. Don't leave the room. Keep your eyes on your monitor. Cause...............I'll be bock!
