What happens to your ability to soeak when the teleprompter short-circuits due to:
1) Rain storm
2) Terrorist induced electrical malfunction
3) Terrrorist/Iranian/North Koren/Other induce Electro-magnetic pulse from Nuclear detonation
The crowd took refuge from pouring rain, seeking shelter under newspapers, towels and jackets, some went to their cars, and others drove to get a burger and fries.
Just the name on the bracelet he wears , would be enough to stump Humpty Obamaty
