The Governor of Missouri says openly that Barack Obama conspired to misuse his state's law enforcement resources to "threaten and intimidate his critics."We cannot overemphasize the gravity of Governor Blunt's accusation. While we are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice, "Conspiracy against rights" is a felony under the U.S. Code, Title 18 (Crimes). At present, Governor Blunt's allegation is exactly that, and Barack Obama, like everybody else, is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. On the other hand, the court of public opinion is entitled to render a verdict before Election Day, and the following accusation needs to be either disproven or confirmed to the public's satisfaction. You should also cite the equivalent USC Title 42 portions of the civil rights act which grant a right to bring civil action against these guys. Since they have attempted to intimidate all of us, I figure a class action lawsuit on behalf of all Americans. At damages of $.10 per citizen that is $30M which should pretty well bankrupt these critters.

MSM will have a hard time keeping this buried.
I would NOT bet on that.
Seeing how this state is the home of The University of Missouri
School of Journalism (Uncle Walter Cronkite an alum).
And the school also operates the local NBC affiliate...
they have state vehicle license plates on their fleet of Ford
Escapes. And that station was the one that forbade their news
anchors to wear American Flag lapel pins after 9-11.
I'm in the same city (Columbia, MO) in the middle of the state.
I've kept my eyes and ears open since I saw this story reported
here on FR a day or two ago.
I've not heard A PEEP on the the local ABC, CBS, NBC, or FOX outlets.
Or on talk radio (KFRU 1400 AM or "The Eagle" at 93.9FM).
I'll continue to monitor.
