BREAKING SCANDAL: Missouri Governor Accuses Obama of Conspiring to Violate Civil Rights
The Husaria: For Our Freedom and Yours ^ | Winged Hussar 1683

Posted on 09/27/2008 4:06:19 PM PDT by Winged Hussar

Please copy, paste, and circulate this press release from the Governor of Missouri.

Note the Web domain of the press release, governor.mo.gov. This is not "someone's blog," a "rumor," or a "smear." It is the official Web site of Missouri's state government. The Governor of Missouri says openly that Barack Obama conspired to misuse his state's law enforcement resources to "threaten and intimidate his critics."

We cannot overemphasize the gravity of Governor Blunt's accusation. While we are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice, "Conspiracy against rights" is a felony under the U.S. Code, Title 18 (Crimes). At present, Governor Blunt's allegation is exactly that, and Barack Obama, like everybody else, is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. On the other hand, the court of public opinion is entitled to render a verdict before Election Day, and the following accusation needs to be either disproven or confirmed to the public's satisfaction. We therefore encourage our readers to circulate Governor Blunt's press release, which appears below, as widely as possible.

Please copy, paste, and circulate the following press release from the Governor of Missouri. [See below: copy, paste, and circulate!]

This just makes Obama more popular among his most vile supporters and they also happen to be again among the most vocal and are in his closest circle of influence....
I fear the Obama camp, if not already, will say that the (R)’s did worse four years ago with their “Swift Boating”....

It’s been removed for hours now...but there were two articles there. Perhaps Matt got a call.

I saw a report on TV the other night, and homeschooling is not only growing explosively, but it seems to be defeating most roadblocks, legal and otherwise, that the NEA consortium is throwing in its path.

Let's begin referring to this as obamagate.

let's don't. Nothing personal but adding "gate" to every scandal is getting sooo old. Obama deserves something fresh and then we can add that to every scandal for the next 50 years.

“The Obama Truth Squad”. It has a nice Hitlerian ring to it, doesn’t it?

Not a stretch after Gov. Palin's e-mail getting hacked.
I can imagine Drudge getting a call like this:

"Hello? Mr. Drudge? This is just a courtesy call to let you
know that I'm going to hack all your personal e-mail accounts
and bring down your website until the election of November.

And I'll never be arrested, indicted or prosecuted.
Because I'm a Democratic Punk."

“Isn’t this a violation of some type?”

Yes, it’s a very serious civil rights violation.

In case you missed my earlier post:

U.S. Department of Justice
Civil Rights Division

OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT (18 U.S.C. § 241, 18 U.S.C. § 242)

Definition of official misconduct:

“Intentional acts by law enforcement officials who misuse their positions to unlawfully deprive individuals of constitutional rights”

I'm sure it went something like that. They make Clinton Inc. seem like the Boy Scouts. Oh, and there's a big Obama ad front and center on Drudge now, too.

I saw on another thread where Drudge was battling with KOS over this. You don’t suppose Matt backed down, do you? (I won’t go to the Daily KOS — my stomach is not that strong.)

Here is the aplicable statute from the D.O.J.

CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS
Summary:

Section 241 of Title 18 is the civil rights conspiracy statute. Section 241 makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree together to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the Unites States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same). Unlike most conspiracy statutes, Section 241 does not require that one of the conspirators commit an overt act prior to the conspiracy becoming a crime.

The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same;...
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

END

“I suspected they had totalitarianism in mind but I never thought they would try this before getting into office.”

Me too, the “we need a civilian security force as big as the Army to meet internal security needs” speech was a big tip-off, but asking sheriffs and state cops to enforce “truth” is way over the top!
