We cannot overemphasize the gravity of Governor Blunt's accusation. While we are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice, "Conspiracy against rights" is a felony under the U.S. Code, Title 18 (Crimes). At present, Governor Blunt's allegation is exactly that, and Barack Obama, like everybody else, is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. On the other hand, the court of public opinion is entitled to render a verdict before Election Day, and the following accusation needs to be either disproven or confirmed to the public's satisfaction. We therefore encourage our readers to circulate Governor Blunt's press release, which appears below, as widely as possible.
Please copy, paste, and circulate the following press release from the Governor of Missouri. [See below: copy, paste, and circulate!]

It’s such a rare sight to see McCain/Palin stickers that my kids point out everyone we see.
It’s kind of sad.
I don’t beleive it is a fake pic,it came from one of the dem candidate events where he was looking down his nose at Her Heinous..
The information the governor’s office references has been posted on numerous websites including FreeRepublic. Stop acting like the media. Take 2 minutes to do a search.
Attorney’s can’t issue a cease and desist order, only a court/judge can. Attoneys can REQUEST someone cease and desist performing a certain act, and they can wax indignant about the act, and threaten and cajole, but that’s all they can do. Their “demand” has no authority.

[snip] He asserted that he was “in Tblisi when the tanks rolled in”! He also said because of he and bambi Iraq is better off...NOT because of the hard work of our troops but because HE and bambi all along suggested the Iraqis merely “work this all out”. This from the bozo that called for partitioning Iraq... One of the “independents” claimed bambi never stuttered. [end]
Cheer up—Sarah Palin is coming to California next Saturday.
Definately the most disgusting thing I’ve seen in the campaign...since the bracelet incident...and, well since the logan act violation...
Now it is gone, maybe my confuser wasn’t refreshing when I clicked onto the page, as it was definetly there then I made the comment
Isn’t the good Governor subjecting himself to certain prosecution for his anti obama remarks?
Obama = Stalin Jr.
LOL! Thank you. I’m stealing that picture. ;-)
While I think Obama is tacitly doing this, unfortunately we can create more of a stink for ourselves (see quip from a Springfield MO paper on McCain having a truth squad as well) I think this might not be as big as we think:
Enlisting Missouri law enforcement to intimidate people and kill free debate is reminiscent of the Sedition Acts - not a free society, Blunt said in his 258-word statement.
Frank Donatelli, deputy chairman of the Republican National Committee, held a conference call with reporters Saturday morning while touring the states offices for GOP presidential candidate John McCain.
In a telephone interview with the News-Leader, Donatelli admitted the Democratic prosecutors havent specifically said they would use their prosecutorial powers on Obamas behalf.
I dont think you have to use the power. I think if you just call out somebody and you have the power, youve made your point, Donatelli told the News-Leader. Its not that you have to prosecute a guy, but people think you might.
Donatelli said prosecutors dont normally join campaign truth squads because their mere presence as a campaign attack dog has a chilling affect on peoples rights of free speech.
But a review of McCains own truth squads shows he has a district attorney from New Mexico and the South Carolina attorney general ready to respond to misleading ads from Obama and Democrats in their respective states.
Do we have permission to call him a liberal? Is so, do we need to fill out papers?
And do these same rules on lies apply to Sarah Palin? ANd if so, I hope they are retroactice/s
...with a similar fondness for Jews....
You are at ground zero........give em hell for us!
Are they threatening prosecution of free speech?
Probably a threat from the “Truth Police”
