Amen. Most of us here have major reservations about the man, but we have not walked in his shoes. I look at his life and it has had a lot of pain and sorrow. Pray God for his salvation as he faces his demise.
In practical matters: What happens to his seat when he dies? When is his term up?

I’m going to add an extra splash to my drink tonight for Teddy.
I wish him well.
Cancer sucks.

I believe that is what the Lord would do, and that’s good enough for me. It’s times like this that separates the decent from the indecent.
We will act as loving humans, and realize that when our people die, the left will celebrate.
That’s one of the reasons why Conservatism appeals to me. And it’s one of the things that reveals what Liberalism is to the core.

On that note, I hope he has made peace with himself, with those who have been hurt by his actions and most importantly, with God.

I've observed the same things! Have you been to the DU lately? I've been using the site for web cache testing at work.
ick...
It's fraught with profanity and hatred. It reveals the core of liberalism.

Sincere prayers. He has a family.

There are two aspects of death where character is revealed.
Those facing it reveal their own. Those who observe them reveal their own.
I would like to think that our side has some character. It is however quite evident that we don’t have as much as you and I would like.
