Mods, if one already exists (I couldn't find one), please delete this one..many thanks in advance..
First things first..what are the drinkin words?
xxx = take a sip xxxx = take a gulp xxxxx = bottoms up
Harold Ford said nobody won.... before going into his talking points. In other words, McCain won big time.
Voted, and commented!
Just flipping channels. Gibson looks pissed. I guess his Obama dream boat sank at the dock.
Congrats Jim. The best night of debate thread performance I have seen. Very responsive during refresh and posting. Great work.
BO lost the senior vote if he’s cutting Medicare, I’m just sayin’. Medicare isn’t a giveaway program to begin with. There are co-pays and the drug plan has lots of exclusions.
Mostly camera angle.
“I have a braclett too. It is from ah...um..ah..er...let me look...uh..Madi Nchina” ~ Obama
I missed the first 45 mins., but if that’s true, hallelujah!
I emailed his campaign last week and begged them to get him coaching to stop with the ... my friends. Overused, canned, and tacky.
Glad to hear he’s not repeating it, for whatever reason it’s happened tonight.
Juan Williams says Obama was on the offensive all the time. Washington DC is a disease ridden city, it eats neurons.
Spot on....Juan’s a shill for the left, and the imbeciles on CNN are even worse.
Very impressive considering all the indecisiveness the last couple of days.
Someone needs to post urls for other networks “who won the debate” polls. So far the only one I was found was CNN which had 13% McCain 78% Obama.
Major Garrett on Fox said the B0 people think their man did very well but he seemed to think their reaction was a bit muted and that he could have done better.
Certainly was spirited. I found myself getting more engrossed as it went on.
I think the B0 people hoped for a major hit and they didn’t get it. Ha ha. Can’t wait for the VP debate in 6 days.
I know ... I remember this same thing happening after the '04 debates. It always seems to take five minutes for these panels to catch up with the rest of us.
Nina Easton was great on FOX--she laid out all the strong points in McCain's answers, how he was on offense and "knocked Obama off his stride".
But Brit Hume and Fred Barnes acted like they just sat through a foreign movie without subtitles.
“Video of the constant McCain is right needs to be made tomorrow.”
Done.

Obama's weaselly "preparations but not preconditions" is the defining moment of the night. It showed him for what he is - a man hwo will lie and never admit he is wrong.
It is the one bit of exchange that will end up in an attack ad someplace, and rightfully so.
That McCain did not hit out at Obama and the Dem's ties to Freddie and Fannie Mac surprised me, I must say. Perhaps he is saving that for the domestic-themed debate.
I love Bill but he’s too nice. They need Ann Coulter or Laura Ingraham on there.
I agree...anyone who watched this show knows that Mac is a President and Commander-in-Chief. End of story.
