How I give one trillion to save the economy??

Loan it.

1.Transform all amount loaned in stocks and distributed to all taxpayers.

2.Backup stocks with gold purchased with royalties from oil, gradually over 5 years at 100% coverage value of the loans, and adjust that value with inflation.

3.Ban stocks from resale for 5 years.

4.After 5 years this stocks may be (but not required) sold on the market or if they have less value that original value + inflation, government will buy them at value +inflation. After paying the the stockholder government will return the stock to the companies it loaned the original money and ask the full price it payed. (going all the way to recover assets by liquidate those companies)

5.Any stock sold on the free market is not redeemable buy the government from the buyer. (only the original owner can sell it to government) And the gold reserve that originally cover it must be sold by the government. The coverage of the stock by government once archived must be 100% of the value + inflation of the stock that is in the hands of original stockholder and will decrease accordingly.

6.Open to prospect and exploitation any potential oil field on US territory or national waters.

7.Waive all environmental restrictions on those leases. Permit environmental lows only in case of real and produced harm (like spills) limit punishment to cleaning and restoring previous environment.

8.Abrogate all lows and regulation from 1977 to present that permitted sub prime loans.

9.Limit the banks and other financial companies Fractional Rate to 9:1 and the Federal Reserve Fractional Rate to 3:1

Remember money always comes from somewhere and goes somewhere. Money from thin air will make a bigger problem later.

If it comes from us the taxpayers and it is not coming back........who is getting richer?

A MUCH easier way to raise more than one trillion dollars:
1. Cut out all earmarks.
2. All money given to Congress by Wall Street is turned in.
3. Eliminate Departments of Energy, Education, H&HS, Transportation and Interior.
4. No Congressman may have more than 3 staffers and 3 secretaries.
5. No perks for Congressmen.

Additional suggestions welcome.
