Former Fannie Mae CEO Jim Johnson STILL advising Obama, Further this was reported by e-mail from Tom Daschle to Democrat insiders to see updates daily on political progress from the campaign, by Tom Daschel and Jim Johnson. Gibson also reported today that Franklin Raines was still advising Obama on housing! As you all well know that Jim Johnson was in charge of Fannie Mae with Franklin Raines. They also were paid very well with Johnson getting in excess of 20 million dollars and Franklin Raines getting 90 million dollars in executive pay.

Watch out, The Messiah will be working feverishly to silence FOX news too!
Hmm...This could be why Obama didn’t immediately say he would go to Washington to work on the bailout.
Curiouser and Curiouser.
We care, they don’t, including he MSM. We have our values they have theirs. Theirs are amoral, ours are moral. Common sense makes no difference.
If Brit Hume was just talking to Obama why did’nt he ask about Johnson?
I know Brit was so nice like he was afraid to say anything wrong...it kind of made me sick.
did anyone hear obama on fox news talking to britt? I think he said credit card debt. “there was no consensus on credit card debt”.
I did not hear that about credit card debt...must be another RAT add-on item...sheesh!
Well of course they are. They all stand to profit from the meltdown, and obama benefits.
It is a travesty that McCain has failed to drape Fannie/Freddie about Obama’s neck. He’s got Raines, and Johnson, and the Fannie/Freddie donations, and McCain has the bill he cosponsored to reign them in. And McCain talks of this not at all.
I don’t know? However when was Greta Van Susteren interviewing Barney Frank last night she didn’t ask what Barney’s take on the Government Bailout of Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac when Barney Frank said Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae were not in financial trouble in 2003. This was reported on the Martha Maccallum show by John Gibson it is on his web site!
Well the word as to what happened is that the meeting was very angry in tone and ended bad...real bad. The repubs are standing firm. But of course Mccain is getting blamed, of course the RATS are blaming him—lying and saying they had a deal until McCain showed up...which we know is not true and maybe it will work in Mac’s favor since the country doesn’t want the bailout at all!
Slowly it leaked drip by drip ;-))
McCain has been talking to house repubs to try and get something that is do-able...so he is working right now and all night, while Bambi has had time to do pressers.
Don’t forget his behind the scene meeting with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad this week!
Cavuto is saying that cooler heads will prevail, that maybe this isn’t as bad as they are saying...and that a bad deal is not going to help either. I think McCain is on the right track with not jumping on this hastily, Obama and the RATS sound like they want it NOW, but of course are too afraid to pass it through without Repubs on board. I hope people see them for what they are and vote them out in droves.
If I was McCain I would tell everyone that I wasn’t going to the debates. Then when they call out Obama’s name I would come out and say here I am, let’s talk about the economy!
More “change we can believe in.”
When Americans see the 200 billion dollars in pork tacked on to the dim plan, 80 billion for new infrastructure like bridges and National Parks... loan giveaways to minorities... education funding for aspiring communists etc... they will turn on these bastards. Schnitt was all over this thing this afternoon. It is “new deal II”!
