If you have ever made a petition, usually the wording is a consensus of your co-workers, fellow emeritus, etc. Once done, it is passed around the campus for signatures, then e-mailed to specific Economists for consensus and return to the author who then creates the list, usually on Word which then alphabetizes it, which mixes up the colleges and institutions. No doubt, the list will get longer as colleagues return e-mails with consensus...This indicates those colleges and states that they are connected with, and later, e-mail lists will be added...
