Government outlet provides safe, special food for the nations leaders
BEIJING - While China grapples with its latest tainted food crisis, the political elite are served the choicest, safest delicacies. They get hormone-free beef from the grasslands of Inner Mongolia, organic tea from the foothills of Tibet and rice watered by melted mountain snow.
And its all supplied by a special government outfit that provides all-organic goods from farms working under the strictest guidelines.

SOBS want the same for us.
This is from the chapter on Elena and Nicolai Ceausescu in a very interesting book I bought a few days ago:
in 1965, Nicolae Ceausescu succeeded to the leadership of the Communist Party in 1967 he became head of state.
Ceausescu followed the partys Stalinist legacy " "...secret police (the Securitate) swung into action, denying...free speech...maintaining...censorship over...the media and the mail coerced...people into informing on their fellow countrymen. Past mistakes or indiscretions could at any time be raised and used against an individual phones were tapped, rooms were bugged, private correspondence was opened and read hotel staff, shop assistants, bus drivers and petty officials worked for the security forces.
On 28 March 1974 Nicolae Ceausescu was made President for Life a position that he began to abuse almost the moment it was bequeathed. Suddenly members of the Ceausescus family were given key roles in government or in the army. by 1980 Elena had become first Deputy Prime Minister: the most powerful person in Romania after her husband.
By 1980 bread rationing was reintroduced measures were taken to limit the consumption of other basic foodstuffs, including rice, sugar, coffee and corn. But if the country was on its knees, the Ceausescus were not.
The disparity between the lives that the Romanian people led and those enjoyed by its leaders was obscene. The Ceausescus enjoyed the luxury of over forty palaces filled with Elenas vast collection of dresses jewellery over fifty fur coats. Nicolae and Elena owned two yachts And if the country was starving, those people in the palaces certainly werent. Banquets the finest wines, the best meat, the sweetest cakes and the richest coffee. Yet if this was the scene inside the palace walls, then outside it could not have been more different. One winter day in 1988, I queued for potatoes for five hours and when there were only ten people in front of me, the potatoes ran out. I remember that I cried.'
That is some scarey stuff. That lady makes Marie Antoinette excesses seem to pale by comparison. Funny how the liberals cry and whine when someone EARNS their money and enjoys wealth. But love it when a CRAZY RUTHLESS THUG steals it from their own people!! Those wonderfull double standerds again!!
Kind of reminds me of the seige of Leningrad. The people starved and died while the commie elite had plenty and were fat.
Yep I guess the old maxim is true “Power corrupts..and Absolute power corrupts... Absolutely”

I think the Dems have been planning for this life style for them, the elite and us, the common people at this very moment
“SOBS want the same for us.”
And they’re getting it. I’m sure our elites don’t feed their children Chinese imported food. And so far they’ve been successful in keeping most of it unmarked from China so we don’t even know what we’re eating.
The other day I found frozen Okra, marked fortunately, from China!
I used to love Chinese food, but I won’t go to a Chinese place anymore, if you look in the back the boxes all have China Script on them. If you do go to the supermarket they are supposed to tag the seafood and label its origin, if I don’t see anything I pass.
Now Okra from China, speakin’ as a Georgia boy, thats wrong!
Most garlic sold now comes from China, and speaking as an Italian boy, that bothers me more. Fortunately I have a good produce store near me that carries California garlic, for which I gladly pay a little more.
Just like in the US.
I just ordered some from a gardening catalog. Garlic is easy to grow and has pretty flowers. It can be done easily in anyone’s garden.
Apple juice and apple juice concentrate are also largely made in China. I don’t know about applesauce, but I’m picking my own from local farmers and canning it myself.
I’ve started doing that with a lot of things that we use a lot of, like tomato sauce and corn. We also have a source for American grown grain products and Dollar General sells sugar that is beet sugar grown in Michigan.
granny.... have you been following these tainted Chinese food threads? BTW, what are the keywords for that 5,000 + or so long recipe thread you have going.
Ginseng used to extremely profitable in the US and Canada, thousands of acres were grown under a shade canopy specifically designed to simulate the sunlight through the overhead canopy. Then China began mass production and ruined that too putting 1000s of Ginseng farmers out of work. And as usual it all went to crap in quality once they dominated the market.Probably irrigated with their dead lake and river water. I just hope China cripples itself enough to where they start droppin’ like flies from all the toxins they consume.
“Now Okra from China, speakin as a Georgia boy, thats wrong!”
Boy howdy, honey!!! Wrong indeed! Some things is sacred, and Okra is one of ‘em!
LOL, I had to go and check, stinkbait, is the one Uncle Ike gave it in the beginning, but I notice that several have added their own keywords, so they can find it. Which is fine with me.
Granny being one of them, I feel honored......

Thanks to Met Mom for the link to this report.
I’ve often wondered where the US elite shops. I read in Cleon Skoussen’s book, The Naked Communist how the elite always had separate shopping from the common people. I tried doing searches a number of times to see where the sources would be in the USA. But I had trouble narrowing that down to keywords.
