Chicago Latinos ask the question of the day. Where is Obama?
Forgive me, Correction: NOT too popular. My bad.
Cuba?
I hope in Guantanamo.
Thread would have more impact with a link that worked.
JMO, though.
This is really weird. I had an elderly Navajo man ask me that yesterday. He said “Where’s Obama?” and started laughing. I said, “I don’t know, I guess he’s out there somewhere.” He then again said, “Where’s Obama?” and started laughing again. I never did get his point.
Thanks for the criticism. Unfortunately I am very bad at HTML. Feel free to fix it, or do you just point out specks in other people’s eyes?
The media keeps harping on white blue collar racism.
Sorry, but racism is far more widespread among “latinos.”
They simply hate blacks.
The Navajo man was probably projecting a metaphor. It would be the same as asking, “Where’s Satan”. We can’t say where, but we know he’s out there.
Killer good.
Sending the link to all my “Legal” Latino friends.
I would like to think that I look at people’s qualifications, but yes, Latinos tend to regard blacks badly. Especially immigrant Latinos.
This video was pretty interesting. Although it pains me to see my fellow Latinos going for Democrats, I’m amused to see these same Latinos turn their backs on 0bama. When would the AP poll on racist Latinos be coming?
You could be right. Maybe he sees Obama as a shape shifter or something.
I’ll go you one further. Who is more racist than so called, “Afro-Americans”. They vote for subsidy (democrats) and this time will break their 95% vote for the black candidate based solely on his skin color since they cannot be voting for the content of his character. It is that little hyphen that they tend to use that reveals where their loyalty lies.
“In the first place we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the man’s becoming in very fact an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language...and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.”
Theodore Roosevelt 1907
Thank you, kindly.
How do you expect Carling or anybody else to "fix it" if nobody, except you, knows the URL address of the web content you want everybody else to look at?
You have told everyone on FR to "come and look at this house" without giving the address of the house to anybody on FR.
When Carling points out that you have not told any of us the address, you tell him to "Feel free to tell people the address yourself, or do you just point out specks in other peoples eyes?"
Cut and paste the URL address (it starts with "http://www.") and you will get other FReepers to do the HTML for you.
He is missing in action just like he is with the rest of the country.
Easily thilly,
He is in the back of Larry Sinclair’s limo....
