Biden is not dropping out. If Obama wants to look like a buffon he’ll try a change up. A move like that could backfire big time. Also Clinton doesn’t want to be on his ticket. The Obama people don’t want Clinton.

This has been discussed for a few weeks already. Honestly, it makes no sense. Why would Biden drop out AFTER the VP debate? Why would Obama replace Biden and not think that he’d look weak doing so? There’s no upside for Obama admitting in front of the world that he blew the very first important personnel decision that he had to make. This election season has been weird, but I don’t see it getting THAT weird.

It’s great that this rumor is going around.
It undermines Biden and magnifies what a poor choice he was.
And at the same time it thwarts any possible attempt from 0bama to replace Biden, because we’ve all seen it coming already, and his excuse wouldn’t fly.
