On another note I don’t see how something like this is possible, considering the difficulty the average Finnish citizen has owing firearms.
If I recall correctly, Finland has more of a gun and hunting culture than any other European nation save Switzerland. I think they even have Swiss-style mandatory military service with home storage of their standard-issue rifles, so this guy might be well armed.

That’s what liberal gun grabbers fail to understand about human beings. And, it’s why no matter where it has been tried Gun Control Legislation does NOT work to decrease violence.
If someone is intent on doing something (or having something) one WILL find a way - particularly someone with a criminal mindset whose plans don’t include worrying about any stupid “gun charge” penalty (vs. conscientious law-abiding adults who wouldn’t be using the gun to commit a crime, ANYWAY).
According to the article world individual gun ownership is:
1. U.S.
2. Yemen (N or S?. Who would have guessed Yemen?)
3 Finland
