What's more important to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, saving the nation's economy from collapse or promoting her book?
Judging from her decision to promote her book, "Know Your Power, A Message To America's Daughters", tomorrow night in her native Baltimore, the California Democrat, who is second in line to the presidency, decided the fate of the nation can wait.
Baltimore TV station WJZ reported today that Pelosi is scheduled to appear at the the Enoch Pratt Library at 7 p.m. Tuesday night.
According to the library's website, copies of Pelosi's book will be available for sale at her appearance.
Poor dear. She’s still trying to get that 100th copy sold.
Has Pelosi sold any of her books yet?
Seriously, he other week I believe Drudge listed her ttal sales at 5,217. The royalties on that wouldn’t be enough to pay for the fabric in one of her huge bras:-)

Pelosi could care less about the economy and our oil\energy situation. She knows that her accomplices in the main stream media will continue to blame Bush and the Repbulicans. And as long as they do she could care less the condition of our economy. Party first, district second, country third.

As for saving the economy, a bailout is not necessary. The government could simply shut down all banks for a week, examine their records, and permanently close the insolvent ones, while rescuing banks on the edge with some money. Instead, the banking giants want us to believe that either we bail them out, risking massive inflation in the near-future, or
WE'RE DOOMED!
