No link as of yet, but if he comes up with something disrespectful, I can see shades of 2004 all over again.

“but if he comes up with something disrespectful,”
Is there any doubt?

Meh—maybe he and Bill Maher can get together and insult 50 percent of America again. Both of them together might add up to ONE Wal-Mart greeter.

I really can’t believe that Obama’s people would not be all over this. This has the potential to blow up in everyone’s face and it is not outside the realm of possibility, it could affect the election because MN is a toss up at this point.

I hear ya, but Axelrod has to realize that having Franken going freelance can spell disaster. At least in 2004, the DNC did a decent job of hiding their true nature until Wellstone’s nephew made a spectacle out of his death. This year they have lost all control, the mask has come off, and it may cost them huge.

Let's see. Libtards call anyone not drinking the Obama kool-aid racists, make vile and baseless accusations against Sarah Palin, claim that McCain has dementia, call Palin mentally disabled, criticize working class Americans for being "bitter" and "clinging to their guns and religion", etc. Yet somehow we are acting in a manner that is dividing the country. It's like a bad episode of the Twilight Zone.

On the East and West coast. All those flyover states in between will see the hypocrisy, especially from a hate filled liberal like Franken. It sounds like Al is going to throw in the towel with this one and just go down doing the only thing he knows how to do. What a joke.

Is he writing for Saturday Night Live again! I would be fun to see him kill his election chances by being on the show doing his S-it there!
Ya Al bring it on!

I agree. I think it will backfire if it’s nasty. Regardless of how people agree or disagree with him on the issues, no one disagrees that his is a true American hero, and you don’t disrespect our heroes without it coming back to bite you.
Franken can’t be respectful to any Republican.

Yes, you’re right. They actually provide a service and a smile. Those two have provided neither—at least not without it being at someone else’s expense.

I wish it were that easy, but even in “flyover country” there are tens of millions whose votes will cancel mine simply because their families have voted ‘Rat for generations, and by gum they’re not breaking tradition no matter how screwed up the ‘Rats get!

I’m sure the MN Dems are thrilled Franken’s taking crucial time away from his Senate campaign to masturbate.
